Is Counseling Right For You?
Are you feeling like something isn’t quite right? Maybe you know why, or maybe you don’t—either way, you don't have to figure it out alone. I can help. We'll get to the root of the issue together, gain clarity, and explore areas for new perspectives, skills, and growth.

Collaboration, curiosity, confidentiality, and nonjudgment guide everything we do in the counseling room. My sessions promote self-exploration through a self-compassion lens. You can expect to gain clarity and new perspectives while learning skills unique to your needs and desired goals.
I specialize in helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, and various traumas. I primarily work with adolescents (high school age and up) and adults, but if you feel strongly about your child seeing me, let's chat.
I also see partners seeking conflict resolution or improved communication and connection.
If you're still wondering if counseling or coaching is right for you or whether I'm the right fit, please reach out. We can think out loud together to find the best next step for you at this time. Consider booking a complimentary 30-minute "fit" conversation online. If I'm not the counselor for you, I'm happy to guide you to someone in my referral network who might be.

My Approach
I provide relational individual therapy, couples/partner therapy, and mental wellness and behavioral coaching. My approach is focused on helping you navigate life’s complexities, messiness, and challenges while discovering an empowered sense of calm, clarity, and purpose. Most importantly, I offer culturally sensitive and affirming care. Whether our identities are similar or not, you can feel safe being your authentic self, and rest assured that you will receive unconditional positive regard.

You deserve an experience tailored to your unique needs. My favorite and most often-used modalities are Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness and Self-Compassion, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I often borrow interventions from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Values Exploration Tools, Communication and Assertiveness Training, and Positive Psychology.
